ZJUAAA: A New Chapter after 12 Years of Growth

澳洲深耕十二载，岁月难移校友情--澳大利亚浙江大学校友会成功换届

In 2022, the ZJUAAA successfully completed its leadership transition. Mr Jian(Jerry) Huang was elected as the new President, with Ms Hanyu Liang as Secretary. Former president Ms Ying Xie now serves as Chair of the Board.

Since its founding in 2010, ZJUAAA has grown from a small gathering of 7—8 alumni to a vibrant network of six branches and over 1,000 members across Australia. This remarkable journey has been made possible by the dedication and collaboration of countless alumni

Milestones over the Past 12 Years

• Hosted diverse cultural, sporting, and networking events including annual meetings, entertaining activities, and professional lectures.

• Launched the “ZJU-Australia Future Star Scholarship”.

• Donated supplies during the COVID-19 pandemic in both China and Australia.

• Created platforms and competition events engaging alumni during lockdowns.

ZUAAA is entering a new era of leadership, with younger generations taking on leadership. The new Board invites alumni from all six branches to join the committee and help shape the future of the association.

为了更好地开展校友工作，在旧理事会的基础上将产生生新一届理事会。

有意参与校友会工作并愿意为校友服务可以报名参加新一届理事会，六个分会的理事会将组成澳大利亚浙江大学校友会理事会，并在理事会中推举常务理事组成常务理事会。

将由各分会的理事会推选分会会长，由常务理事会推选下一任会长。会长任期两年。理事会会长由上一届会长担任或者常务理事会指定成员担任。

长成很难，成长更难。澳大利亚浙江大学校友会从一棵小苗到了如今的一颗小树，也到了发展的关键时刻，因此接下来的校友会的担子更重。新时代，新使命，80后的年轻人已是全世界的主角，澳大利亚浙江大学校友会的路该怎么走?相信他们会给出一个不一样的答案。
