Xiaoyong Xu

President of ZJUAAA - Adelaide: Xiaoyong Xu

Xu Xiaoyong graduated from Zhejiang University in 2004 with a master's degree in chemical engineering. In 2008, he moved to Australia to work at the University of Queensland's Institute of Metallurgy. He received his doctorate in chemical engineering from the University of Queensland in 2014. He has extensive experience in chemical engineering, encompassing mining and metallurgy, with particular expertise in the application of fuel cells and electrolysis technologies in clean energy and the environment, CO2 reduction, and hydrogen production. He enjoys sports, particularly basketball, and actively supports the Zhejiang University Alumni Association (ZJUAAA).
